The closest Shrine to the soak is the Village Entrance Shrine. You can drop off the bridge just ahead of the shrine and head into the cave on the right, then up the stairs on the left side of the cave and follow the path into the village to find the Governor and the container with the soak inside.

(You can’t miss it, it’s the one with the blood pool) Take out the rat with the shield nearby and pop open the golden container to nab the Copper Pill .
